Yes, for adults at least 21 years old. A sincere effort will be made to accommodate as many appointment requests as possible. Please submit a request. If you can be seen, you will receive information to schedule an online appointment within two business days. Unfortunately, the volume of requests limits replies to only those requests that can be accepted.
Conditions not treated include Autism-spectrum Disorders, Eating Disorders,Traumatic Brain Injuries, and Schizophrenia/Psychotic Disorders.

First Choice, Regence, Premera, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, GroupHealth, and Lifewise are accepted.
Please be sure to check the Spam folder in your email account. Submission of the request form does not create a provider-patient relationship. If there is a fit between your needs and the providers’ clinical capabilities, you will be sent an email with available appointments. Other sources for mental health services include your insurance company Provider Search and the Find a Therapist tool at Psychology Today.

Refills are generally provided during your scheduled appointment. You will be given enough to make it to your next appointment. There is a $15 charge to order prescriptions outside of your normally scheduled appointment. Read more here.
For example, if you are given a 90-day supply of medications, it is expected that you will be seen before you run out of medications.
It is recommended that you schedule your follow-up online as soon as you seen that you have zero refills on your medications.
Given the predictability of when you will need more medications, please allow 5 full business days for medication refills to be processed.
- Medication refills are made at the discretion of your provider and will not be authorized if your balance is past due.
- All refill requests are managed from Monday- Friday.
- Medication refills are not managed during the evenings or weekends when the office is closed.

We will meet for an extensive interview and psychiatric evaluation in which we discuss your history, symptoms, and family dynamics. Within this first session together, we will then determine the best plan of action to move forward.
Due to issues that can arise related to confidentiality, I do not provide care to both members of a couple in a romantic relationship. I will be happy to provide a list of other qualified providers.
There are no precise determinations that can be made regarding the length of your treatment. Generally speaking, the longer you have had your mental illness not addressed, the longer the treatment will take. Certain conditions do not require a lot of time to treat, and others considerably more. Certain mental illnesses require just a couple of visits, and others require life long maintenance. You should seek treatment as soon as possible, for the best outcome.
We will not reveal any information regarding what happens within the work that we do together unless you have signed the Authorization to Disclose Information form. In the instance that you are in danger of harming yourself or another, then we are obligated by law to notify the authorities of this.
